Lena personality type is ISTP, as I’m sure you can see from my description. ISTP’s are natural geeks. They have a strong sense of logic and efficiency, and prefer to work with a problem by breaking it down into its component parts and attacking it. They are mentally quick and don’t have a lot of patience, so they struggle with slow moving projects, unless they have a lot of control over it.
In my case, I have been very stressed out over the last several weeks. I have been so busy trying to get through all of my work that I have barely had time to breathe. My husband has been so busy with work that he has gotten so little sleep. We have been trying to take care of our house and yard, and I have been going to the gym every single day, and going to work every single day, and doing a lot of outside work, and a lot of work for our business, and a lot for our family. I have been very stressed out, and I have been taking extra time for myself to get to sleep. But, I still get up early in the morning and do my work for the day, without even getting a break.
