Riko personality type is ESFJ, and this is a real problem. As I explained earlier, I don't think ESFJs are inherently bad people, but they are very bad people in some situations. For example, ESFJs want to do the right thing, but they want what they think is the right thing, not necessarily what's right. They want to be liked, but they don't realize that they don't have to do things people don't like. They want to do things their way, not the way that other people want them to do them. They want to be respected, but they don't realize that respect is earned by doing things people like, not by doing things that make people dislike them. They have no sense of humor and thus no sense of timing.
I'm not saying that every ESFJ is this way. But I am saying that this is the kind of ESFJ you will have to deal with if you're a riko.
ESFJs do the "right thing," but only because they feel that the "right thing" is the most obvious choice. They aren't thinking about it; in fact, they are all about the feeling of rightness.
