Yavuz personality type is ENTP, or extroverted intuitive thinking perceiver (see here for a full list of personality types). I like to think of myself as a non-conformist and an independent thinker, and these traits fit in well with ENTP values. I'm also a perfectionist, and I'm sure many high-functioning ENTPs feel the same way in the workplace.
I don't think I'm in the minority when I say that I often feel like an outsider when it comes to leadership roles within the ENTP community. One way I deal with this is by staying in touch with my introverted side. While I don't think highly of myself, I do believe in my abilities and skills, and I pursue my passions and career goals with all my heart and soul.
Despite my interest in management work, I don't take a strong leadership role at work. Many ENTPs do, but that's not me. I believe that leadership is a very personal thing, and it would be a mistake to try to become a leader at work unless you're completely comfortable with that role.
