“The hallmark of the introvert is his or her ability to be in the present,” says David Funder, author of “Bliss: The Science of Happiness.” “I’m not saying that extroverts are bad at being in the present. It’s just that introverts are better at it.”
Funder is a professor of psychology at the University of Colorado Denver. He tells KUNC that he has found a connection between introversion and well-being.
