I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and depression when I was a teenager. It was so difficult for me to get through my days that I didn't want to get out of bed. I felt like nothing could be done about it so I just pushed it aside.
I'm not sure if my memories are accurate or if I'm making the memories up but I truly believe the first memory I have is when I was a baby being held by my mother. She told me that she would take care of me and that it would get better. How right she was!
