Carol personality type is ESFP, so I am not surprised that she is somewhat more extroverted than me. Nevertheless, I do think we have a lot in common and I am really looking forward to growing our relationship.
A more important reason for me to work with Carol is that she is great at what she does. In addition to being a successful speaker, author, and consultant, she has an uncanny ability to understand people and communicate with them.
I have worked with Carol on several occasions in the past, and while each time I learned a lot, the real benefit was when we reviewed our previous discussions and ideas. Carol has a unique ability to see through my eyes and to make me see my own blind spots.

How Carol Works with People
I first met Carol in 2002 when we both attended a conference in San Diego. At the time, I was very interested in learning about how to use my gift of imagination during presentations. Carol was also interested in this topic, so we became good friends.
After the conference, we began to work together often and she became an expert at helping me improve my speaking skills.
