Jacob Fuller personality type is ISTJ, which is an Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging type. In other words, ISTJs are people who I’ve observed numerous times make great managers and leaders. I’m not sure what the actual ideal ISTJ personality type is, but I’m going to assume that it’s a mix of both a lot of intelligence and a lot of common sense, but not necessarily a great deal of creativity.
If you’re an ISTJ personality type – I am – you might be wondering why, as a very intelligent person, I would choose to work as a manager. Here’s the answer: as a manager I have the opportunity to steer those around me towards success. I might not be able to affect the final outcome, but my contribution is still meaningful.
