Rita personality type is INFJ, and I do feel like I am a bit like her though she was a lot more sad. She wrote a book, and I wrote a book, and we both discuss it on our podcast, ‘The Enneagram World’. It’s my podcast, but I use her as an example of who I am (and am not) like.
What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is an ancient system of personality type developed by the author G.I. Gurdjieff. It is based on the premise that human beings are made up of three main types, each with its own face, core beliefs, and conscious and unconscious behaviors. The Enneagram teaches us to see the world with an eye toward these “dichotomies” – to understand ourselves by seeing ourselves as divided into three types, not one.
