If you chose to save the Senate, then you see Obi-Wan and Anakin have a conversation on a bridge and then Obi-Wan dies. If you chose to destroy it, then you see the Chancellor say that the Senate will be rebuilt, and the Emperor says that they will rule the galaxy as one.
