Alvin personality type is ISFJ, but as an ENFP, I feel as though I would have had more difficulty projecting as an ISFJ - less imagination and less intuition.
I also have a problem with the fact that ENFPs have a more difficult time with social skills and being more extroverted. They require more of a balance between the two functions to function well.
I think that if you're going to become a more extroverted person, it's more beneficial to either be an INFJ or an ENFP, not an ENFP.
The reason I say this is because of the fact that it's easier for an INFJ to maintain a level of introversion and extroversion through the use of their tertiary function. An ENFP needs to be more extroverted in order to function well, but since their tertiary function is introverted, they need to use their dominant function of extroversion to keep it under control.
I'm not saying that you can't be both extroverted and introverted, I'm just saying that it's harder for an ENFP unless they use their tertiary function as a balancing force rather than as a way of maintaining introversion.
