Antônio Xerxenesky (Porto Alegre, 1984) is a Brazilian writer and translator based in São Paulo. He holds a PhD in Literary Theory from the University of São Paulo and a Master in Comparative Literature from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. In 2012 he was selected as one of the 20 best young writers by the British magazine Granta. His best-known work is the novel F (Rocco, 2014), finalist for the São Paulo Literature Award and first selection of the Prix Médicis Étranger for the best foreign book translated into French.
