Josefa Araos (Cotineja) personality type is ENTP, which is commonly called the "Mastermind" in the Myers Briggs community. My understanding is that ENTPs are generally more likely to be found in the public sector where their "creative" orientation is more accepted or valued. However, if you look around you'll see plenty of ENTPs in the private sector. I'm not sure that I'm comfortable using "mastermind" as a label for ENTPs. I don't know what it means. If you're familiar with the Myers Briggs system, or if you've read any of my other essays, you probably know that I'm not a fan of the labels Myers Briggs assigns to people.
I'm not sure how much you know about ENTPs. But I want to make one thing clear: I don't feel that ENTPs are necessarily the masterminds of the world. They're just people who are different than most other people.
I thought about it for a while, and I came to the conclusion that the best thing that could be said about ENTPs is that they're unconventional.
ENTPs aren't conventional, but then again neither are most other people. Most other types are conventional.
