1. Being a leader is an act of kindness
I remember helping my mom move out of her old house into our new one. We had a big moving truck and it took us about half a day to get everything moved. About halfway through the day, my mom had to go pick up my younger sister from ballet practice. My mom tried to get my sister to come with her, but my sister wouldn't leave the ballet studio. So mom drove her home, which took another half of the day, and my sister was still sulking in the passenger seat.
