Vincent Brings Plenty personality type is ISTP, so he would have no problem being an ISTP in real life.
The only thing is that I have never seen him play the part of a teacher, so I can't really say for sure.
But if he was, I highly doubt it would be anything but him being an ISTP.
I'm not sure which ones he played. Some of them are definitely not ISTPtypes.
He played fireman Jim in the short-lived show "The Kids in the Hall", he also did some comedy on Frasier, and of course, he's the main character of "MST3K".

I think he's got the personality of an ENFP, which is different from an ISTP, but still very much in the same category. He's probably either an INFJ or INTJ. He tends to be more quiet and reserved in public, but once inside his own mind, he can be very loud and outspoken, at least according to the show.
