The "newly minted" INFJ is the one who has not yet developed a rich enough understanding of their own personality type.The INFJ's inner world is a complex series of unique and unique ideas. The "newly minted" INFJ has a very narrow and superficial understanding of their own inner world, and as a result, they often make poor decisions. Sometimes these poor decisions are good, sometimes they are bad.In the example I have above, the "newly minted" INFJ is being pro-active in trying to do something about their issues with authority figures. The pro-active nature of this decision is a good thing. If they were passive, they would have never done anything about the issue. However, the "newly minted" INFJ's desire to take action is going to be a problem for them in the long-term. Because they have a narrow and superficial understanding of their own inner world, they often fail to recognize when their actions are going to be damaging to them.
