Tom Mason personality type is ISTJ, which means he is a good, reliable and hard-working guy. Having said that, he is not a prime mover and his creative and intuitive side is the least developed. This is why he will always end up as a good but also a reliable man, who is not as original as he might, or should be. His creative side is the one that will end up as a good creative engineer (i.e. he is a good artist), but he will not be able to become an excellent, creative artist. Since his imaginative side is the least developed, he will not be able to become an excellent or even an average writer. He will be able to be a good journalist, but not an excellent one.
