I believe that the Sultan’s personality type is true in terms of how she has acted, but not necessarily true in terms of the functions she uses. We know that the Se functions are used in the negative, in terms of “not,” but in the positive they are used in the form of assertiveness, decision making, and goal achievement. It is possible that the Se function of this girl is used in the negative, or that her Se function is not very strong. I also believe that she uses the Ni function of taking initiative, although this is more of an indicator of her character than her personality type. She does use her Fi function in terms of emotional attachment. She is very emotional, and sometimes she can get caught up in her own emotions and get hurt or upset. The Fi function can be used in the negative too.
The Ne function is used by the Sultan to be observant and open to new ideas. Although I think she uses it in the negative, that could be due to her own personal experience or because she is still trying to figure out what she really wants.
Halime Sultan was a consort of Sultan Mehmed III, and the mother of Sultan Mustafa I and the Valide Sultan as well as a regent of the Ottoman empire. She had four children with Mehmed: Şehzade Mahmud, Mustafa I, and two daughters. She was de facto co-ruler as Valide Sultan from 22 November 1617 to 26 February 1618 and from 19 May 1622 to 10 September 1623. Halime was also one of the prominent figures during the era known as the Sultanate of Women. Halime lived in the Ottoman empire as a courtier during the reign of five Sultans: Murad III, Mehmed III, Ahmed I, Mustafa I, and Osman II.
