Allison DuBois personality type is INFJ, the Introverted Intuitive Judging type. I'm not out there to be an expert on these types, but I do have some insights into my own type.
That's because I am INFJ. As an INFJ, I'm constantly aware of my own type and how I relate to others. I've written before about my INFJ experiences with the Myers-Briggs personality type test.
Anyway, here are some of my observations about INFJs and how they interact with others.
INFJs are generally quiet. They don't talk much. But they do listen. They listen to what you want, what you need, and what you're going through. They listen so well, in fact, that they usually have a pretty good idea of what you want, what you need, and what you're going through.
So if you have a problem or a question, go over to an INFJ and ask them. They'll listen. They'll care. They'll try to help you solve your problem.
INFJs are also quiet when they're in a group. They may talk a lot when there are just a few people, but otherwise they're pretty quiet.
