Boss personality type is INTJ, but I find that to be just a slight variation of INTJ. I’m sure that there are other types that are more similar to mine, but I’ve never seen them.
So why do I have a Boss personality type? Because I’m a Boss! Yes, I get the irony of the name, but I mean it in the best way possible. I’m not bossy or mean or anything like that. I’m just an extremely confident individual who believes in my abilities and knows what I want to do.
I know that everyone has their own definition of what a Boss is, but for me, it’s someone who believes in themselves and what they want to do with their life. They don’t let others hold them back, they are able to take the initiative, they are able to think outside the box, they are able to speak their mind without fearing backlash.
They are intelligent and creative people who also know how to communicate with others, and most importantly, they are able to see the bigger picture and work towards a goal.
