ISTPs prefer to be alone and alone time is one of the most important things to an ISTP. They enjoy working on projects and will spend hours working alone to get things done. They like to be the ones creating their own ideas and projects and dislike taking orders or having others direct them.
ISTPs like to know all of the details about their projects and will often stay up all night to finish a project. They enjoy leaving their projects for others to finish but they can become very frustrated if they don’t have any input on their projects. They like to be able to go back and check and double-check what they have completed and make sure it is correct.
