Evankhell personality type is ESTP, but is not as outgoing as the ESFP. The ISTP’s quiet demeanor can be challenging to deal with at times, and the IFP’s lack of the ability to “talk business” can be a huge drawback. The ISFP is often unaware of the fact that others may need to know the specific details and facts that go into solving a problem. The ISFP is not as patient as the other types. They push for immediate results and often become frustrated with others who can’t seem to get it done. The ISFP wants to see the other person succeed and will often attempt to help them whenever they can.
