I began reading books on self-improvement when I was in my early twenties. At that time, I was the guy who walked the floor at a conference while everyone else ate lunch, just waiting for someone to ask me what I was doing.
That all changed when I began reading self-help books at the age of 30.
I had finished all of these books on my own, but they helped me realize that there are people who are genuinely interested in helping me become the best version of myself.
