Andrew Hanbridge personality type is INTJ, and he is a full INFJ (introverted intuitive feeling judging). His Si and Ne make him quite rational and calculating. He is the type of person who uses logic and facts to rationalize and justify his beliefs, which makes him the type of person who has an inflexible "moral compass" and can be downright stubborn. He also has a habit of being a bit of a perfectionist, which is often a good thing. He is very methodical in his thinking, which is what helped him get into a top tier computer science program. But, sometimes his perfectionism can get in the way of his ability to be flexible.
Since he has a dominant Ne, his conscious mind is inclined to being more creative and original. His unconscious mind is not so open-minded. The more he is around people with dominant Ni, the more he can see how his own Ni is different from theirs. He may even develop the belief that he is more creative and original than he really is.
I don't think that Hanbridge is an introvert, but he seems to be a bit more reserved in social situations.
