Calamitas personality type is INFP, and I’ve always found it to be a very difficult type to pin down, because both Fi and Ni tend to be inverted (Fi as Ni and Ni as Fi), and Ne can be both inferior and superior, and Ni is often present as tertiary (which means it’s often absent). I’ve never been able to find a reliable way to identify which functions were primary and which were tertiary; the only reliable way I’ve found is to check for presence and absence of other functions.
Fi, as the dominant function, will be primary and primary Ni will be tertiary, and primary Ne will be inferior. This is how I’ve always identified the other two types; I’ve found it works well with the four functions I’ve been able to identify for this type.
As an INFP, I’ve been struggling for a long time with the fact that I’ve been unable to find a reliable way to identify my personality type, so I thought I would share what worked for me. I’m not sure whether it will work for everyone, but it helped me a great deal.
