Masaru Bakugo personality type is ISFJ, however I would say that Midoriya's is INTP. Midoriya is the type of person who wants to know why something works, he wants to understand it, and seems to be able to understand it. Bakugo on the other hand is the type of person who wants to destroy, he wants to negate what is there, and wants to prove that it does not work. That is why Bakugo is the type of person who tries to find out what is in front of him, and tries to prove it wrong. Bakugo wants to make everything fail, he wants the world to be like he wants it to be, and is not happy with what it is. This is why he has no problem with Bakugo being a villain. He is not against this, he just does not seem to have the mindset of wanting the world to be like he wants it to be, but rather he wants to destroy everything, including himself. I am not saying that Bakugo is always evil, but he can be very cruel at times. Bakugo does not have even the slightest bit of respect for the people around him, especially when they are trying to stop him.
