Matt personality type is ESFP, but there is no definite answer to this. He’s got the energy, but he’s not as extroverted as he used to be. It’s not that he doesn’t want to be around people; it’s just that he’s a little bit more reserved. He’s still very much the same person, a little bit more reserved, but he’s just not as outgoing as he used to be. He still has a lot of energy and he’s very well-liked. He’s the kind of person who will show up at a party and draw everyone’s attention to him.
He’s really good at what he does, which is sort of like a combination of an ENTJ and an ENTP, which is pretty rare. For example, I know an ENTJ who is essentially an ENTP–he’s highly intelligent, very good at getting information, and he’s very good at talking to people. But he doesn’t do that as much as my brother does.
