Zil Sperry personality type is ESTP, or one of the three letters E, S, and P. I'm not writing this because I want to make fun of him, but because I think it's interesting that a man who is so smart and so capable of being a leader could fail so completely as a human being.
Trump has never been a good boss. He's a seriously bad boss.
A boss is a role model. We look up to bosses because they have all the answers, and we have to have the answers. We look up to them because they get us excited, because we know they'll take care of us if we need it, and because we know that we'll be rewarded for our tenacity and our hard work.
Trump doesn't have any of those qualities. He's brash, and he's rude, and he's insulting, and he treats people with contempt.
He's also incredibly good at making money, and that's why he's in the position he's in. He's not a particularly good manager, though, and he had a great deal of help from others. His staff was not an extension of Trump the Boss.
