Most people are just pointing out the differences between the 6th and the 4th, not saying that one ISN'T a narcisstic. I don't mind at all, since it's a different one.
x_x I agree with the 4th being more of a narcissist, but I don't think its liking physical features, but instead his "charisma", he likes to be noticed, and his "grandiose sense of self." He takes pride in himself and his looks, which is why he cares about his appearance so much.
