Fixit personality type is ENFP, also known as the “idea person.” They are known for their enthusiastic and sometimes naïve eye for the unusual, and often possess an uncompromising independence that can be a serious liability in the workplace.
For example, ENFPs are notorious for telling customers that their problems are “impossible to fix.” They simply do not believe that a problem can be fixed, and will not work at fixing it. Their “stubborn fixer” personality can result in them being fired from jobs they are terrible at because they do not give in to the boss, but they also make excellent door-to-door salesmen because they will not quit until the customer is satisfied.
