No More Heroes personality type is ENTP, which I found out about through my experience with the show. I never had any problems with ENTPs, but I also never felt particularly comfortable around them. I’m not sure why. I’ve never read any descriptions of them, so I could be misinterpreting their personality type, but it felt like I was always being friendzoned by them.
However, it’s not like I never met other ENTPs. I know that I’ve met ENTPs in person who are very friendly and outgoing. It’s just that none of them were Travis Touchdown. I don’t know if they were deliberately trying to be not-ENTPish, or if they were doing it on purpose, or what, but it felt like every ENTP I met was Travis Touchdown. It must relate to the personality type that Travis is, because he seems to be the only ENTP representing the type in the media.
It’s worth pointing out that I’m not really an ENTP myself. I think I’m an INFJ.
