OneShot personality type is INFP, and the INFP is an introvert. That makes sense right? Why would we be so surprised that they’d be more similar to each other than to extroverts?
Most people will say extroverts pay more lip service to introversion, but the truth is that introverts need to be heard and understood as well as extroverts. Introverts don’t need to talk all the time, but they need to be listened to and they need to know that they matter. They can’t be objects, they need to be people.
Most people think of extroverts as happy and outgoing, and we’ll give them that for the most part, but the introvert is usually the one who is more thoughtful and caring. They’ll make an effort to do something nice for another person, even if it’s not necessary, just because it doesn’t feel right to leave other people hanging. Extroverts are more likely to have fun, but the introvert will be the one who will go out of his or her way to make sure no one feels left out.
OneShot is a game developed in a modified version of RPG Maker 2003 by Eliza Velasquez and Nightmargin, released on June 30th, 2014. You play the role of a god who must guide the protagonist, Niko, through a strange world inhabited by robots, with the ultimate goal of saving the world and returning Niko home.
A being known as the Entity will break the fourth wall in multiple ways, from opening error messages addressing the player's name to changing the desktop background. If you manually close the game's window or quit the game, after relaunch you are told that Niko is dead (and that you killed them), and the game ends, hence the title OneShot. In the remake, closing the game manually instead saves the game, and refraining from doing so through the entire playthrough earns you the achievement "Oneshot", a reference to the original version.
The game was made in a month for the 2014 Indie Game Maker Contest, and was remade and extended by the original team with the addition of GIRakaCHE
