Surviving Mars personality type is ISTJ, or Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging. It’s the same type as my own. I am an ISTJ.
But not all ISTJs are astronauts.
Not all ISTJs are engineers.
Not all ISTJs are ... survivalists.
While I’m not a survivalist (I’ve never even owned a gun), I am a scientist and engineer. That’s my job. I am an IT person by trade. I work with computers and software, and I consider myself a high-tech person. I like it. I always have. (I worked as a computer programmer for five years before switching to writing, and I still like programming.)
So how does this fit in with me being an ISTJ? First of all, I’m not an astronaut, and I know there’s a difference between an IT person and an astronaut. But the question is, are there other differences?
The answer is yes.
The ISTJ is the opposite of the ENTP, which would be the opposite of the ESFP. The ISTJ is not an extrovert, nor is he an introvert.
