Team Fortress personality type is ENTP, so I don't think she'd be a good fit for TF2.
Maybe she'd be an interesting addition to the TF2 community, but I don't think she'd be the type of character that'd have a lasting impact on the game.
You can see that there's a lot of love for this character in the TF2 community, but I think she'd have a hard time competing with characters like the Engineer or Heavy. People would probably tolerate her presence in-game, but they wouldn't consider her to be a character they'd want to play themselves.
I've always wondered why Valve didn't pursue this idea given their love for comics. It might have been a good opportunity for them to explore the TF2 universe in a new way.
Perhaps Valve will announce a TF2 comic book series in the future.
