Jaime Bayly personality type is ENTP, and she has a very different way of dealing with her anxiety than I do.
I am not a shy person. I am incapable of hiding my anxiety and depression from others. I am very open and honest about my feelings and I tell people that I have anxiety and depression.
I don't know if I'd call my anxiety "nervousness" because the anxiety attacks are so severe and so debilitating, but I guess it's more like "nervousness."
I'm currently on medication to deal with my anxiety disorder, I take one milligram of Buspar three times a day. I have been off of Buspar for the past two months because I decided I didn't need it anymore, but when it feels like my anxiety is getting out of hand, I go back to Buspar.
But when I'm well, I'm not really on medication for anxiety. I've never been on medication for anxiety, but when I have episodes of anxiety, I just take Buspar. It's pretty much just an anti-anxiety medication.
I have never had a major depressive episode in my life. I just have anxiety episodes.
