Most people in the ISTJ community know that you’re a type counselor and that you lead a type workshop called “Polish Yourself”. What exactly does your type workshop consist of?
My type workshop is a group therapy for people who want to know themselves better. In my workshops, we do exercises in which we try to see how our minds work, how we think and what our motivations are. We learn how to understand what our type is.
In the workshop, we divide people into different groups, depending on their type and their interests and motivations.
