"Personality is a very complex thing," she said. "There's not just one answer. It's not, 'Oh, you're an introvert; you're a psychopath,' and the list goes on. If people take personality tests, some of them are going to come back with what most people would consider very extreme results. I wouldn't want to live my life according to one single personality type, because there's so much more to it."
She also added that she didn't necessarily find the names of the types to be helpful in understanding herself, since some of them are less common than others.
"I think we can all agree that ENFJ and ESFJ are way more common than ISTP and ISFP," she said. "But I think it's more about how we want to live and how we want to be in a relationship and what kind of person we want to be in the world, and that's not necessarily dictated by our type."
