Kaito personality type is ISFP, which makes him an introvert with a strong desire to be alone. In fact, he spends so much time alone that he's become a recluse. He hates being around people, and if he has to, he'll leave.
When he was young, Kaito began to have a short temper. He'd get angry at a moment's notice, and he would lash out at people who annoyed him. His temper hasn't changed at all over the years, and even when he was a little kid, he'd always get in trouble for losing his temper. Despite the bad reputation he has, Kaito is a loyal friend who will always protect those he loves, and he can be a great help when someone needs help. Unfortunately, he doesn't see how much help he is, and when people ask for his help, he often refuses to help them out. He's been trying to change this from the moment he came to the City of Love, but no one has ever asked him to help them before.
Kaito is very shy around strangers, especially women. He's even more afraid of them than of his own shadow.
