Here’s my take on the Myers-Briggs: I was a female ISTJ and most of my life, and my sister and I were both female ISFJ.

It has a few chapters with practical tips on how to use your type in your life — something I found very helpful — and some great exercises to test your type if you want to.
This book is driven by theory and philosophy. There’s a lot of psychology in here and the author often brings up the point that we (women in this case) all think in very similar ways.
We may differ in opinion or our way of looking at things, but we essentially see things the same way.
