“I know that there are people who are not just opposed to Trump, but who are actively against him. I know this because I’ve noticed them around me. They are the ones who send hate-filled, inflammatory emails to any conservative who dares to express an opinion. They are the ones who silently judge those on the right based on their political beliefs. They are the ones who think that if they say something nice about Trump, it makes them “un-American” or “racist.” They are the ones who think that if you are not just opposed to Trump, but actively against him, that makes you a good person.
That’s why I am writing this article. It is not out of some sense of vengeance for what happened to us, for what we endured.
