Goldshard personality type is ENFJ, and because of that I am very vocal and outspoken, often over-analyzing and over-thinking everything. Because of all this I seem like I know everything and because of this I can get frustrated easily and get stressed out easily.
This is the biggest problem with my personality. I think I’m a very strong person, but I just don’t know how to handle stress.
I’m able to take criticism, but criticism of my own work can really get to me.
I’m very impatient and I hate waiting.
I used to be a perfectionist and liked to do everything detail-oriented.
Now, I’m more relaxed and less perfectionist about my work and life.
I used to be very active and even though I do enjoy exercise, I don’t exercise as much as I used to.
