Senpai personality type is INFP, which is a character type that’s often not very popular in anime and manga, perhaps for the reason that it’s often portrayed as a “weak” personality. In real life, however, INFPs are known as one of the most adaptable, empathetic and intuitive personality types, so I’m happy that they’ve made a comeback in recent years.
My role model is the character Yuu Kamiya from the anime series “Love Live!”. I love her because she is a sweet girl who surrounds herself with friends, even though at times she is able to defeat them with her strong will. She is also very honest, which is one of the things I admire about her. Her other attractive trait is her intelligence, which I admire because it is something that I strive to achieve.
I look up to the character Mana Asagaya from the anime series “Kantai Collection”. She is a character who works hard to achieve her goals. I admire her because she is a very powerful girl who has an excellent sense of direction and also follows through on her dreams.
In Japan, senpai and kōhai represent an informal hierarchical interpersonal relationship found in organizations, associations, clubs, businesses, and schools. The concept has its roots in Confucian teaching, and has developed a distinguished Japanese style, ultimately becoming part of Japanese culture.
