King Peppy personality type is ENFJ, some might think that the ENTP is a better fit, but I'd say the Fi personality is more characteristic of a "Leader".
I have to disagree with you on the Fi part, I think Fi is more about being true to yourself, and being true to your friends and family. I don't know what kind of group you're thinking of, but in the Fi group there's no real boss. I've never met anyone who has ever said they felt like they were being bossed around, I would think it's more likely that people are concerned with how their friends and family are doing, that they want to be there for them.
I don't think ENTPs are the best at being leaders, they might be more interested in getting things done, but I don't know if they're really interested in being a leader. Although, I guess it depends on the person.
