Cleo personality type is ESTP, but this is one of the rare instances where a type is also a good description of a good person. An ESTP with a high Fe can be a natural-born salesman or a natural-born jerk.
So here we have a type that is clearly not a jerk, but is still a character with some jerk qualities.
In his book, Wired for Story, Chris Brogan describes the ESTP as follows:

He’s not wrong on all of these points, but I think he’s oversimplifying on some fronts.
