“I’m an INTJ,” says Plumb. “And I think it has to do with being a visionary. I’m very good at figuring out how things work, how people work, how systems work, how relationships work. I’m very good at figuring out what the end game is, and then I’m very good at figuring out how to get there. And that’s very valuable in my opinion.”
