B type personality type is ESTP, the acronym stands for Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving. The word "ESTP" has nothing to do with the Myers-Briggs Enneagram, which describes a cluster of four personality types, but it does have to do with thinking. ESTPs are the "thinking" type. They are usually not introverted or shy, but rather outgoing and personable. ESTPs have a natural tendency to be alert and focused, and they often have a quick wit. They tend to be extremely direct and to speak their minds as well as to be likely to voice their opinions as soon as they form them. They are usually very good at understanding people and at reading nonverbally in contrast to many other types. On the downside, ESTPs often have a hard time separating facts from fantasies and may rely too much on their intuitions. They tend to be impatient and to move quickly with whatever they are doing. They can be quite spontaneous in their actions and in their approach to others. ESTPs make great salespeople, but they also make great leaders.
