ENTPs are the most likely types to be diagnosed with ADHD, and other “neurotick” disorders. This is because they have a difficult time concentrating on tasks, and have a very difficult time organizing their thoughts. They have a very active, fast-thinking mind that does not like to be constrained by rules.
This thinking style means that ENTPs are very good at solving problems, but poor at following rules or schedules. They are also sensitive to what is called “contextual input” – the way the world is in front of them. This means that they have a hard time staying focused on the task at hand, and tend to get distracted easily by their environment.
The other problem with ENTPs is that their minds tend to wander, and they often do not realize that they have wandered off task. This means that ENTPs often get bored very quickly, and as such are always looking for something new to do.
The last problem with ENTPs is that they can sometimes be too curious for their own good.
