Wayne’s childhood was, in a word, epic. He grew up in a house in Atlanta, and his father was a renowned architect and contractor and their house looked like a castle. He grew up with two older sisters and it seemed like every weekend his mom would cook him and his sisters an epic meal.
Wayne’s parents were supportive of his career choice when he went to art school at the University of Illinois. They sent him to Iowa for an internship and he met a woman who was also there for an internship and they started dating after that. He’s been with her ever since.
Wayne is a big history fan — he does a lot of history reenactments and has done quite a few in costume and has an amazing collection of historical artifacts. He loves travel and has visited most of the United States and several countries around the world.
Wayne is an art historian, so he’s always looking for new things to do to challenge himself.
