What is the personality type of Peter Wiggin? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Peter Wiggin from Enders Game 2013 and what is the personality traits.
Peter Wiggin personality type is ENTJ, so of course I immediately identified with him. His passion for math and science is not unlike my own. And the idea that he grew up in a tiny village in the middle of nowhere with a single mother, and that she was a world-class mathematician who helped him develop a love of math and science, was similar to my own family. So I thought, “What a cool kid. I’m going to be good friends with this guy.”
In the first book, that friendship is really what drives the plot. The second book, as it unfolded, became more about Ender as a person as he learned to navigate this new world and his place within it. In the third book, I could no longer keep up the illusion of being a friend to Ender. I have to be Ender’s friend. I have to know what he’s thinking and why he’s making these choices, and to understand what he’s going through. So I tried to write from Ender’s perspective, but also from Peter’s perspective. I have to have both sides, otherwise what is it all about? Can’t we just have one?
