ISTJs usually have a clear sense of duty, and they perform their work with great efficiency and become highly productive without much air left over for socializing. They are not afraid of hard work or challenging tasks, but they do not enjoy it. ISTJs can be rather stubborn and inflexible, and they feel very strongly about the way they do things.
