Shen personality type is ENTP, and I believe it is a mistake for this type to try and fit the description of ENFJ. It would be much easier for them to work with their Fe instead of fighting against it, and Fe with its strong desire to be liked would only make them more idealistic. ENTP is an idealist, after all, and what better way to push Fe's concern for others to the side than with a confrontational attitude.
When it comes to how this personality type relates to sensing, ENTPs are not sensory processors per se, but they are certainly more willing to process things internally with their Ni. They are also not strongly influenced by their Ni, but they do use it for making personal connections with others. While the one-sided relationship with their Ti is certainly tense in the sense of being self-centered, it does not have any strong influence on their Ni. So, in this case, they do not fight against the world with Ti, but instead use it for connecting with people.
